Sorry – didn’t catch up with you yesterday, had a busy day. I had an appointment to see the accountant who wasn’t there and then had to visit the Town Hall for something that wasn’t their either but had more success at the post office where a new Xbox game was waiting. The sounds of car racing have now been replaced with a build your own roller coaster soundtrack in the other room.

I got you a couple of pics though, with the Triton going out – I assume for ’sea trials’ or something as the mechanic was on board. I don’t think in this cold weather that it was for a round the island boat trip!

And, up in the village, the ruin near the ‘German’ bakery is almost fully cleared out. I’m wondering if the Palm tree will stay when the building work proper starts? It’s hard to tell if it’s in the courtyard area or the living room.
