Am also recovering from the Easter weekend festivities and yesterday’s family dinner in particular: Symi Lamb in the oven (donated by Sotiris from the supermarket), Potatoes and beans from Adriana’s garden, Neil’s homemade kolokithokeftedes (courgette fritters) and meat keftethes, my homemade bread, with salad, baked beetroot and Jill’s homemade scordalia… the list goes on, oh, and includes chocolate things the Easter Bunny left outside in the afternoon. I’ve not had a chance to look at Neil’s photos yet, they are bound to be better than mine from my ancient, small, snappy-cam, that I’ve put here today. Along with Jenine and her Tsoureki. Must dash, walking and photographing to be done.
