Price of meridia, Am not going to mention the football yesterday. Oops, I just did. But I will mention the strange coincidence that today is the name day of Saint Germanos (according to http://www.namedays.gr). Here’s a little something about this particular saint:

Getting ready for wine night.

It’s wine night and gallery view tonight at the shop, so looking forward to that. We ate at taverna Zoi last night, good food as always, and a good long chat too. I need to get to the post office sometime this week as I am expecting Mapp & Lucia (DVD) and a couple of other interesting things, including the Symi Dream map of Horio, printed on advertising postcards, order meridia overnight delivery. (The back advertises our shop of course.) Other than that… not many plans for the week ahead, apart from working on the new screenplay and going to work generally.

BTW, if you were wondering what that piece of tatty old wood is doing on the steps outside the shop in the photo above (and I don't mean Neil), it’s to stop the mules from going too close to the building. And it works.
